A message dated May 16, 2002, was read stating the Senate has passed                                
CSHB 528(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted

           SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 528(FIN) am S                                       
    "An Act relating to programs of state reimbursement for debt                                    
    payments for certain capital projects; and providing for an
